I first picked up a tenor horn when I was 8 years old as my arms weren’t long enough to play the trombone which was the only other instrument available at my primary school. 16 years and 4 bands later, I haven’t looked back!

Opening the opera ‘Carmen’ at the New Theatre in Oxford with the university brass band.
Proudest Banding Moment …
Being part of a tradition dating back to 1901 of playing carols around the streets of New Bradwell on Christmas morning from 6am with Bradwell Silver Band.
